8'0 5wt Amber Kabuto Fiberglass Fly Rod built by Gouldfish for George in Pennsylvania
The Amber 8053 from Kabuto is one of my favourite blanks to work on, the colour is sublime and can take both bold and subtle approaches to the build. This rod features a stacked bamboo sliding band reel seat and the hand turned cork grip has been kept simple and is from flor grade Portuguese cork.
