Kabuto 7'0 3wt Custom fly rod for Scott by Gouldfish
This is a second rod for Scott who had originally purchased the 'LemonGlass and Lime' Gouldfish 8' 5wt.
The brief was simple - make it bright!
I have taken a beautiful Kabuto 7'0 3wt blank and finished it with blue guide wraps over the Snake brand guides. A blue agate stripping guide from Joe Arguello was also included to the build.
The cork grip is hand turned using flor grade cork and accented with blue cork burl trim.
The reel seat features Lemke hardware and an insert hand turned with a beautiful blue acrylic.
